Bill & Loretta Luther launched Bill Luther Realty, Inc. in 1990, initially focusing on property management in Mission Beach. The Luthers goal was to provide their property owners with the best possible service, believing that if they delivered, they couldn't fail. They didn't.
 

After many requests from both long term and vacation rental owners, they started their Vacation Rental Department. Their clients wanted the same level of service with their vacation rentals that the Luthers delivered managing their year round rental properties. Loretta Luther began that department and has been operating it ever since. Her level of service to both our vacationing guests and our owners is unparalleled in the vacation rental business. 

Bill Luther is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker. Bill, Loretta and their staff continue to learn and improve both their business and business model. They take extreme pride in their level of service and ethics in the real estate sales & management industry.

After many requests due to the Luthers outstanding reputation in the industry, the Luthers started an HOA management department. The Luthers reputation preceded them and many small HOA?s pursued them to manage their HOA?s with a desire for the same level of service they knew the Luthers provided with long term and vacation rental management. The Luthers responded to the demand and sought the training and education required to properly administer this very unique type of management. Their HOA department has been meeting the demand for affordable and quality management services to those HOA?s on a budget. They are currently developing a business model that will further lower the cost of professional HOA management.
