I started my career in Real Estate almost 40 years ago. Getting into Real Estate for me was kind of a fluke. I was young man in my early 20’s working as a bartender for a restaurant in El Cajon Ca. when a gentleman sitting at my bar asked me if I wanted to buy a house. I said there was no way I could get a house; I could barely afford my rent.

We started talking about Real Estate and he suggested I look into becoming a Real Estate Agent. He said it would be a great way to build my own business. I thought about it and decided that working for myself would be cool. I obtained my salesman license in 1976. I struggled making a living in Real Estate for two years, learning the ropes.

Its four decades later and now I own my own Company, have a fantastic staff and love what I do. The biggest thrill for me in Real Estate is handing the keys over to a first time home owner. To see the excitement in their faces on the day they walk into their very first home is wonderfully rewarding.
